Hamilton Ballet Theatre (also commonly referred to as HBT) is a nonprofit organization established in 1991, created with the goal to give Julie’s students performance opportunities.

The company was the recipient of two Harkness grants, given because of Julie’s former affiliation with Harkness Dance Theatre of NYC.

A few years after its establishment, in 1996, Hamilton Ballet Theatre was invited to perform in Asia, opening in a stadium seating 55,000 people, and then touring several theaters in various cities.

Now, HBT has several performances every year and offers a variety of classes every week to dancers of all ages and levels of experience. Their goal, however, has stayed the same through the years: to provide a professional experience and warm environment for the dancer to grow technically and artistically.
